Yes! No more mud or dying grass to worry about. Turf is extremely pet friendly, safe and easy to clean. Solid pet waste pooper scoopers right up and the urine will make it’s way into the drain rock below. Hose it down as needed.  Pet yards are one of our most popular applications. 

We charge by the square foot. This typically includes:

o Digout (removal of grass, dirt, round rock, bark etc)

o Cost of turf material, nails and seaming materials.

o Installation

o Sand Infill

o Special borders, extra drainage, pavers, intricate designs will be priced accordingly. 

When it comes to cost, there are many factors to consider like size, type of turf, access and the amount of work involved in your specific project. Since everyone has different needs and situations it’s best to get a formal bid. However if you have an idea of sizing and access give us a call or e-mail and we can give you a ball park!

After we dig down 3-4 inches removing any organic matter,  we then fill the area with a larger crushed drain rock. We compact the first layer and then grade out a thin layer of quarter minus over the large rock. The quarter minus is then compacted and turf goes down. 

We use 7 inch spikes in the field and all along the edges to hold the turf down.  Infill added over the top of the turf (locks in base layer) also adds weight to the product. 

Keep debris off it.  A leaf blower is the easiest way but a rake or broom will also do the trick.  If you have pets, clean up after them.  A care guide is given to all our clients on completion and details specific methods for cleaning and maintaining your grass.  We also offer a professional deep cleaning service.    

Weeds are very minimal in comparison to natural lawn.  If a weed starts, just pull it out. You can also spray weeds with white vinegar or Roundup.  

Our products are UV coasted and built to last in extreme environments.  UV fade is covered in our warranty.

Although we specialize in turf, we also do hardscapes like pavers, decorate rock, retaining walls and some concrete.  

Everything is kept in house so your insured a professional and beautiful end result.  We never sub out our work.

We can typically do about 300-500 square feet per day depending on the work involved.

Since the turf is going on compacted rock and we have removed a significant food source (natural lawn with worms, grubs and roots) gophers and moles tend to avoid the area.  If you have a major rodent problem or are backed up to green space/ pasture we can put mesh wire down before we build up with the rock to prevent any future intrusions. 

It is completely safe for everyone including your pets.  Our turf is 100% American made and checked for quality.  We also never use rubber infill.

Turf can get hot, but we can set you up with a product that stays cooler in direct sun making it more comfortable than traditional turf products.  We also use a sand which stays cooler than rubber infills.

We use a green sand infill to help give structure to your turf. This holds the fibers up straight and protects the backing from sunlight.  It locks in the base layer on top of the turf and is not noticeable.

Yes, no more muddy soggy yards!  Since the turf is installed on 3-4 inches of crushed drain rock it turns your area into a huge drain field.  You can turn a hose on full blast and never see standing water.  We can also install French drains or culverts to divert water for serious drainage issues.
